Late stage anxiety/hallucination episodes
Posted: 09 Mar 07 4:10 PM Modified By 101ctfightinghd on 3/9/2007 4:12:04 PM)
Hello, My Phd Husband, advanced stage-16 yrs, has been experiencing anxiety/hallucination episodes. He yells or screams "NO,NO" and almost becomes combative. I've pulled as many rabbits out of my magical hat as possible to find the source whether it is pain or otherwise oriented. Houdini, I'm not and am stressed. I've seen it a couple of times. More now that I'm training a live-in caregiver. Now I'm "getting it" why we went through at least 25 caregivers since Aug.2006. The Doc at UCONN just increased his haldol today. Does anyone have the same experiences?
